We hope everyone had a successful garage sale weekend (3/21)!
As we transition back to our regular neighborhood appearance, the HOA Board would like to remind all residents that garage sale items and signage may not be left at the curb. All unsold items must be moved inside or stored out of public view immediately.
We are pleased to remind you that a Bulk Trash Pickup is scheduled for this coming Saturday (3/28) morning. This is a great opportunity to dispose of larger items that did not sell, but you cannot leave items out all week.
Please note the following guidelines for the bulk pickup:
- Placement Timing: Items may be placed at the curb no earlier than Friday night. - Storage: Until Friday night, all bulk items must be kept inside your garage or home. - Details: Please see the attached flyer for specific information on accepted items and preparation requirements. Homeowners must dispose of items not picked up during bulk collection. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community looking its best!
